Worth & Why is a static website. It displays no advertising, and its own site code sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or behavioural tracking. The hosting provider still processes technical request information as described below.

What this website collects

Worth & Why uses no client-side analytics, forms, advertising pixels or behavioural trackers. The pages contain no scripts or embedded third-party content, and there is no login or account. Worth & Why does not use visits to build profiles of readers. Technical request information is processed at the infrastructure level as described below.

Information handled by the hosting provider

The public website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. When you request a page, Cloudflare processes standard technical request information needed to deliver the pages and protect the service against abuse. Depending on the service configuration, this can include:

• your IP address;
• the URL you requested;
• the date and time of the request;
• user-agent and browser information sent by your device;
• connection, TLS, and security-related metadata.

Depending on the service configuration, limited aggregate, diagnostic or security information may be available to Worth & Why. Worth & Why does not use this information to identify or profile individual visitors. Cloudflare handles this information under its privacy policy and may process it outside Australia.

If you contact us

If you send a message to Worth & Why, it will include whatever personal information you choose to provide—typically your name, return address, and message content. Messages sent to Worth & Why are processed by its email-forwarding and mailbox providers to route, filter, store and deliver them. Those providers handle messages under their own privacy and security terms and may process them outside Australia.

Worth & Why uses correspondence only to read and reply to the message, manage a correction or privacy request, and keep any reasonably necessary records. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising or marketing. Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, security, record-keeping, or legal obligations.

Third parties

No advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing lists are involved. The site links out to some public resources (for example Australian government consumer pages); when you follow such a link you are subject to that site’s own privacy practices, not this one.

Your choices and how to reach us about privacy

If you have contacted Worth & Why, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information under Worth & Why’s control, or make a privacy complaint, through the contact page. Worth & Why will consider and respond to the request within a reasonable time. Information will be deleted when it is no longer reasonably needed, except where retention is reasonably required for security, record-keeping, resolving an ongoing matter, or complying with law.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated before Worth & Why introduces analytics, advertising technology, affiliate tracking, forms, or any other material collection of visitor information. Any updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
